The workplace is not only the physical space and home to an organisation; it can play an important role in contributing to the success of a business, making an effective contribution to overall performance by helping to improve individual and collective results. The design of the workplace can help give you the edge, allow you to streamline business processes, enhance your brand, attract and retain staff, improve productivity and give the right impression to your clients.

PBS firmly believes in creating a close working relationship with our clients. Our initial consultation is entirely free and with no obligation. During this site visit we are able to carry out a preliminary analysis of your space and discuss your requirements.

We can offer our clients our office interior design solutions either as a standalone service, or as part of a wider refurbishment or fit-out project. Our design team has a proven track record in providing effective and innovative design solutions to an agreed budget, whether in newly constructed premises or older buildings.

As a standalone service we can agree a budget for the whole design project, and if a contract of works is awarded to PBS on the basis of that design, then the whole cost of the package will be refunded.  If the work is undertaken as part of a quotation or bid for a project, then all our design is free of charge subject to award of contract.  Should our quote be unsuccessful, however, PBS do reserve the right to make a minimal charge to cover time and involvement spent by our design team on the project, our current rates will apply and are available in writing on request.

We can also incorporate aspects including brand identity, corporate image, signage, graphics and artwork.

All schemes are presented in person so that you have the opportunity to bring up all thoughts or concerns with us.  We will work on the scheme until you are fully satisfied with all aspects.
